本廠生產(chǎn)的模板，經(jīng)過連續(xù)48小時(shí)的沸水蒸煮及高溫干燥后，仍達(dá)到膠合強(qiáng)度要求。板面平整、不變形、重量輕、強(qiáng)度大、易于加工，被廣泛用于水泥模板，室外活動(dòng)板房、風(fēng)景區(qū)露天桌椅以及露天標(biāo)志和廣告牌等。特別是用作水泥模板時(shí)，與傳統(tǒng)的鋼模板相比，具有重量輕、幅度大、周轉(zhuǎn)次數(shù)多等特點(diǎn)，如使用得當(dāng)，雙面可反復(fù)使用長達(dá)8次以上，且脫模容易、耐腐蝕、表層光滑、不污染混凝土表面，也解決了鋼模板漏漿，施工表面粗糙的弊端。

建筑模板規(guī)程及種類：3X6尺（0.915X1.83)m,4X8尺(1.22X2.44)m,覆膜板(菲林板)、素板、松大膠面板（紅、黑、棕三色）

力學(xué)性能：

1、含水率≤10% 2、密度0.75/cm以上3、磨耗值≤0.1g/100r(泰）4、沖擊強(qiáng)度：40kj/m

5、彈性模量≥5000MPa≥7948MPa 6、靜曲強(qiáng)度≥24KPa≥75.8MPa

7、曲度≤1% 8、厚度公差±0.5mm 9、厚度膨脹率（72小時(shí)常溫水浸）≤8%

優(yōu)點(diǎn)：

1、不翹曲、不變形、不開裂、耐水性能好、水煮48小時(shí)不開膠；力度性能好、使用壽命長。

2、脫模容易，僅是鋼模的1/7。

3、耐腐蝕；不污染混泥土表面。

4、保溫性能好，有利于冬季施工。

5、可做變曲平面的模板。

6、施工性能好。釘、鋸、鉆孔等性能優(yōu)于竹膠合板、小鋼模。可以根據(jù)施工需要加工成各

種形狀的模板。

After being boiled in hot water for 48 hours in a row and dried in high temperature, our templates are still in good gluing conditon. In addition, the templates are very flat, hard to deform, light, strong, easy to process and are widely used as materials for cement templates, outdoor detachable house, chairs and tables for open senic areas and ad billbaord.,ect.
