雜木料打片機(jī)器可加工、松木、雜木、揚(yáng)木、杉木、原竹，由于該機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，占地面積小，削片質(zhì)量好，消耗功率低，并適合流動(dòng)作業(yè)，廣泛適用于中小型刨花板和纖維板生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的備料工段，也可用于廢舊木料木棒打切木片的生產(chǎn)。

雜木料打片機(jī)器將木材進(jìn)行削片，可以加工出來(lái)1-10厘米左右的小木片，小木片物料廣泛利用在造紙廠、刨花板廠、壓縮板廠、中纖板廠等等。將木材削片加工的機(jī)器木削機(jī)是我公司生產(chǎn)的一流設(shè)備，該機(jī)采用盤式加工工藝，木削機(jī)在輕工業(yè)的備料工階段和單一的木片生產(chǎn)基地。
雜木料打片機(jī)器使用說(shuō)明
　1、接通電源，看轉(zhuǎn)向是否正確。;
　2、裝換刀具時(shí)，刀口伸出刀盤平面2—4mm，然后擰緊螺栓。如發(fā)現(xiàn)壓力螺栓絲扣磨損，應(yīng)立即更換，以防損滑刀盤螺母。;
　3、改變刀的伸縮度，必須是伸刀長(zhǎng)短一致。;
　4、靠調(diào)刀長(zhǎng)度，顆粒達(dá)不到理想時(shí)，改換不同孔徑的羅篩。;
　5、嚴(yán)禁夾帶石頭、釘子的木柴投入機(jī)內(nèi)，以防打壞刀個(gè)和內(nèi)件。;
　6、注意檢查錘片螺栓，發(fā)現(xiàn)松動(dòng)，立即緊固，錘片和螺栓磨損嚴(yán)重時(shí)，應(yīng)更換。;
　7、磨刀角度為直線28—30°，嚴(yán)禁磨成凸面，凸面會(huì)導(dǎo)致鋼刃脫離或局部揭鋼。;

　8、經(jīng)常使用的機(jī)子應(yīng)檢查軸承黃油是否缺少。應(yīng)3—4小時(shí)加注黃油一次，加注黃油不易過(guò)多。
