一、工作原理：生物質(zhì)顆粒燃燒經(jīng)自動(dòng)送料系統(tǒng)進(jìn)入高溫裂解半氣化燃燒室，高壓點(diǎn)火后，顆粒在高溫裂解氣化燃燒室中迅速發(fā)生高溫裂解反應(yīng)混合氧氣沸騰燃燒，達(dá)到完全燃燒。該過程中目的是產(chǎn)生顯熱和中間產(chǎn)物H2、CH4、CnHm、Co等可燃成份。

Operating principle；working principle:automatic feeding system conveyed biomass granule fuel into high temperature splitting half-gasification burning room, after high-tension ignition, granule occur high temperature cracking reaction and fluidized-bed combustion mixed with oxygen in burning room,reached complete combustion.Aim of this process is engender heat and intermediate product H2,CH4,CnHm,Cocombustible component.

3. 穩(wěn)定可靠：全自動(dòng)微正壓運(yùn)行，不發(fā)生回火和脫火現(xiàn)象。

4. 低碳環(huán)保：煙塵、硫、氮排放低，二氧化碳零排放，符合GB13271煙塵排放的要求。
