生物能源技術(shù)的研究與開(kāi)發(fā)已成為世界重大熱門課題之一，受到世界各國(guó)政府與科學(xué)家的關(guān)注。許多國(guó)家都制定了相應(yīng)開(kāi)發(fā)研究計(jì)劃，如日本的陽(yáng)光計(jì)劃、印度的綠色能源工程、美國(guó)的能源農(nóng)場(chǎng)等，其中生物能源的開(kāi)發(fā)利用占有相當(dāng)大的份額。

The research and development of bioenergy technical has become one of the great hot question for discussion,have received attention from various countries government and scientist.Many country has draw up corresponding research programme like Japanese SUN Plan,India Green Energy Resource Project,American Energy Farm,etc.Among them the developing and using of bioenergy have occupied sizable share.

國(guó)外很多生物能源技術(shù)和裝置已經(jīng)達(dá)到商業(yè)化應(yīng)用程度，同其他生物質(zhì)能源技術(shù)相比較，生物質(zhì)顆粒燃料技術(shù)更容易實(shí)現(xiàn)大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)和使用。使用生物能源顆粒的方便程度可與燃?xì)?、燃油等能源媲美?/span>

In abroad,many bioenergy technical and equipment has applied in commerce,compare with other bioenergy technical,the granule fuel can more easy to mass production and use,and using comfort level which can be on a par with gas and oil. 

以美國(guó)、瑞典和奧地利等國(guó)為例，生物能源的應(yīng)用規(guī)模，分別占該國(guó)一次性能源消耗量的4%、16%和10%;在美國(guó)，生物能源發(fā)電的總裝機(jī)容量已超過(guò)1MW，單機(jī)容量達(dá)10～25MW;在歐美，針對(duì)一般居民家用的生物質(zhì)顆粒燃料及配套的高效清潔燃燒取暖爐灶已非常普及。

For instance,in America,Sweden and Austria,dimensions of bioenergy application partly occupied 4%, 16%, 10% in one-time energy consumption.In America,total electric installed capacity of bionenergy have already exceeded 1MW,single-machine capacity reached 10-25MW,in West,the biomass granule fuel and matched efficient cleaning burning heating stove aimed at general resident household have very popularized.

　　我國(guó)也十分重視生物能源的開(kāi)發(fā)和利用。20世紀(jì)80年代以來(lái)，我國(guó)一直將政府將生物質(zhì)能源利用技術(shù)的研究與應(yīng)用列為重點(diǎn)科技攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目，開(kāi)展了生物質(zhì)能利用新技術(shù)的研究和開(kāi)發(fā)，使生物質(zhì)能技術(shù)有了進(jìn)一步提高。但我國(guó)生物質(zhì)能的利用研究主要集中在大中型畜禽場(chǎng)沼氣工程技術(shù)、秸稈氣化集中供氣技術(shù)和垃圾填埋發(fā)電技術(shù)等項(xiàng)目，對(duì)于生物質(zhì)能顆粒燃料產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)加工與直接燃燒利用的研究正在大力發(fā)展。

Our country also attach importance to bioenergy’s developing and using.Since 1980s,our government always place the biomass energy technical research and application as the priority key scientific and technological project,and expand the biomass to new technology ,make a further improved to biomass.And in our country, biomass research are mainly focus on medium and large livestock and poultry field methane project,the technology of straw gasification and gas centralized supply and garbage bury to generate electric and so on,the research of processing and burning biomass granule production is forcefully developed.
